Anj was super sweet and wrote me down some tips. Here they are.
1. Drink lots of hot water through the day
2. Drink a glass of hot water with honey and lemon first thing in the morning. Clears your system and also helps you lose weight
3. After any heavy meal drink a glass of hot water and ginger boiled together
4. Start going for regular clean ups. Do a facial at least one in 3 weeks.
5. Drink a glass of beetroot and carrot juice everyday. You can alternate it with a glass of carrot and tomato juice. Both great for hair and skin.
6. Cleanse your face everyday. If you aren’t already, start using a night cream every night
7. Hair packs, Skin packs at least once a week.
8. Once a week an oil bath( you can get massage ladies to come home) Olive oil and allanna. Try getting a steam done once a week . A great body paste i use when i have the patience- Besan, honey, curd, lime and a little milk. Use it to wash off the oil
9. Use a really good sun screen everyday.
10. Eat lots of green vegetables. Some salad everyday.
11. Start eating 2 badams everyday in the morning. Make sure you chew it properly so that all the juices come out and you swallow it properly
12. Do yoga!
13. Also, if you can manage then go for a 15 minute walk everyday in the morning. You will see the difference in your skin in a week’s time
14. Do facial exercises regularly
15. Keep smiling and stay happy, it will show on your skin
